Be sure to check the BBB on Direct TV before switching. Their customer service reputation is worse than Dish if it could possibly get any worse. We are without the Blues and it sucks, but just keep complaining to Dish about your bill AND LACK OF PROGRAMMING and they will give you credits. Hopefully this will clear up soon and we would have already switched back to comcast cable if it had an HD channels whatsoever, but once you’ve watched HD you hate to go back to standard. So for now we just find a resturant that has cable and watch the Blue there.

If we stop payment to the monthly bill until service is resumed they may get the message (will worry about the small print”of contract fees later)

Just remember Dish didn’t reduce your rates when they pulled the plug on Fox Sports so who is ripping who off. I purchased the NHL package and get 1/3 of the games so I am being ripped off twice I pay for Fox sports and extra for hockey and lost both. Directv is looking better everyday.

I have Dish Network and I love Blues hockey. I admit I really miss my hockey games but Dish is doing the right thing here in standing up to Fox’s rediculous price hikes. I still enjoy listening to the games on the radio, I’ll get by and it beats having my rates hiked.

It is really sad that the other carriers didn’t stand up too, instead they desided to take advantage of the sitation to take out the competition. If they really cared about their customers they would of faught too.

I have had Dish for over a decade. Competition carries the games. They have a deadline of 10/24, if not showing fox midwest I’m cancelling and go to Direct TV.

Let FSMW wither on the vine. I will not pay anymore for their product. Someone else will fill that market at a fare price after FSMW has perished.

I hear Fox is asking for a 50% increase in price. I don’t need to pay 50% more for anything. I have DISH and love it.

I agree, turn the darn games on. I can’t watch mizzou play football now. I have the fox midwest as my station to watch the games. If they don’t change it, I’m going to go back to cable. I’m not happy about it at all.

Fox sports on Dish network has the most Big 12 games. This is our means of enjoyment as we are unable to attend games due to distance and cost. We can’t even get the extra channels Dish has provided. We already pay enough for satellite. Once again politics and dollars are taking precedence over serving the customer.
